"Amazing location within walking distance of major tourist spots including calle crisologo and staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and hot water, and it has that old vigan charm. Cons: the water pressure and wifi signal aren’t very good. "

"Clean and close to everything. Spacious bedroom and beds. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room and a small table to eat leftovers. Overall, our stay was great. "

"Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einfache Hotel ist in ein sehr guten Zustand. Gemeinsames Aufenthaltsraum und Küche ist sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur. Das Hotel ist in 1. Stock, deswegen nicht geeignet für Leute die mit Gehbehinderung."

"Owner was very accomodating, has good wifi, has cooked food, and store also has beer liquor etc. The room toilet got clogged up but good thing there was a toilet room outside. The aircon was old and dripped during the wee hours of the morning."

"Liked that property in central location, easy to locate. Staff were helpful. Hope meals are served, like the 1st/most important meal of the day, breakfast, to power up for the day!"

"Place is only good to reserve in last resort cases... For starters the restroom was filthy. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a least a month. AC cooled but was so loud it was hard to fall asleep. The pool was dirty and it appreared the filtration pump wasnt running. On top of that there was a 'pool use charge' sign posted at the desk. Wi fi was weak on the second floor. List goes on ... anyway if you need to get out of the rain i guess this place will do."
