"Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of a "Vigan vibes" hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and they have a free VIP ticket for the fountain show which is very nice. Definitely will recommend this hotel. 10/10. "This hotel is fantastic. The staff are super helpful. Its certainly at an international standard with great bedrooms, amenities, roof top bar and pool, and the location right on Calle Crisilogo makes it easy to walk or tricycle everywhere in the city. The "clip clop" of the horse carriages is very quant. Parking in their nearby offsite lot is straightforward and secure. I will visit again to enjoy this place."

"The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. "

"After we arrived there was a thunderstorm that flooded our room. Later that day after a long, hot day, my shower was cold. No hot water. Thankfully we had hot water the next morning."
