"Very nice hotel, luxurious, new, great looking modern place and great breakfast. Pool areas looked great but it was too cold to test unfortunately. Rooftop bar looked really nice too. Room seemed to be on a childs sprint track even after 9pm. Avoid these ground floor rooms if you can, between the old and new buildings. 018"

"Fridge was not very cold and technician said they were all like that. Radiators don't come on until 1800, had to wear a jumper in room during day. No kettle, tea, coffee in room. Bus stops nearby but bus system is very confusing. Hot food in palace restaurant was lukewarm with no microwave available but there was plenty of choice. The rooms and the hotel was kept very clean. The reception staff were a bit surly but adequate. The indoor pool was spoilt by un -checked children and irresponsible...

"Pros: - Great location - Nice pools - Lovely scenery Cons: - There was a tv show being filmed when we arrived and there was no warning of this. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but they took up all the parking spaces and left us having to PAY to park underground. If you're going to have a TV show on then fair enough, but to make me pay for parking is bonkers - Staff were a bit blunt, again not a huge issue. But did make me feel a little unwelcome"

"The staff on the desk were very polite and pleasant. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Our rooms were very clean - loved the enclosed balcony as it was December. We stayed at New Year and was lucky to have the celebrations literally outside the hotel. Loads of places to eat nearby, also supermarkets for what else you may need. Used the tram to Altea which was very reasonable."

"A very good value for money option. The rooms are spacious and appeared to be refurbished with double doors to insulate from any corridor noise, desk space to work and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and black out blinds. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but the lounge area in particular is bright and comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. "The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours.
