"Nice and clean place with a lake nearby. Staff was very accommodating even before we checked-in. We stayed in a room good for 3 people and it was cramped. The beds squeeked a lot too. For the price, we expected something better... but then we were just there for a couple nights, so it was ok. Perhaps the cabins would have been nicer for longer stays. "

"Lovely peaceful stay at the Wee Snug, really spacious and loved being able to rotate the TV to watch TV in bed and relax! Games were so fun, shower is really powerful. One thing - bed is very soft FYI! Also, we struggled with getting any sort of taxi booking in the evening so I would advise booking ahead of time if you plan to venture to nearby villages etc. and want a couple drinks - we ended up just driving to places and getting takeaway and coming back to have some drinks with dinner instead....

"We stayed here for 5 nights and were greeted by a lovely card with details of local events. Communication was excellent and the hosts were lovely local people, we had easy access if we required any assistance. Access to the property was simple as was parking. This gorgeous little two bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it felt like home rather than a hotel. "Fantastic view! Extremely cosy Romantic Pod! Great service! Price is according to common rates for places like this. Clearly everybody who gives less than 5 stars is coming here with the wrong expectations. Read their website and you have all the information needed on what to expect.
