"Our stay was exceptional. From check the staff were amazing. Friendly helpful couldn't do enough for you. Room was beautiful. Very clean with everything you would need for a stay. Had a meal in the restaurant witch was again above expectation. Again the staff were excellent. Overall can't fault our stay. Definitely 5 stars. Definitely be back and would highly recommend "

"Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging. There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff. "The lodge is set in a very scenic setting next to Lock Aboyne and woodlands which you can walk around. The property itself owned and run by a lovely couple who pretty much seem to do everything themselves.
