The staff are very welcoming, the room is cleaned every day, the front desk is warm, the restaurant is rich in breakfast, and the waiter is polite. "We stayed for 1 month and It was a great experience to be in Safran Hotel. The management is very kind and cooperative. The manager is always there to help out. Breakfast is amazingly healthy. Baku is really mesmerizing. Highly recommend, do visit 👍"

"The staff was what made this hotel exceptional. Everyone from the housekeeping lady to the front desk was welcoming and helpful. I especially like the homemade jam and pastries at breakfast. Great value for money and an easy 20 minute downhill walk to the metro and train station."
