"The hotel doesn't have online access so we paid in cash at the hotel, even they don't know the name expedia which we booked online. Arrogant manager & front desk employee.never will be here again"

"So far the hotel is very good, service team is polite and helps on all questions. Restaurant and food is very good. Many mosquitos, but help with spraying and antimosquito nets. So, no problem at all. Price is fair. I was not served the offered free bottle of wine as stated in my booking. Room was not with lake view, as stated in my booking."

"The internet did not work. While the property listed that rooms had their own safe the room did not have one. My room was a very long walk away from reception. The mosquito net does not cover the bed. Hot water is not available at all times and only seems to be switched on in the morning. While there is a Visa card machine, I was told it does not work.The room was very clean and the restaurant offers a variety of options. "

" Excellent property and very clean. Magnificent and friendly reception area. Light , airy and very spacious lobby. It has very welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was so charming and helpful that she even allowed us to check in early. The room was wonderful, clean loaded with all essential amenities. Bed comfort was very clean and comfortable.
