"MUST READ. Hotel did not honour booking through hotels.com and I had no choice but to pay an increased price for the room again. Case is registered with Hotels.com Apparently the hotel has changed ownership, the new owner has nothing to do with hotels.com and states he does not receive any money. Upon arrival in freezing cold, wind and rain, we had little choice but to pay 30% more, and pay for a full night stay. Hopefully hotels.com will refund the booking amount charged as we booked through...

"Long story short, avoid this place until further notice. The room was extremely dirty, stains and spots on the floor everywhere, ketchup on the table, dust, and stains all over the sink and mirror, hair on the sheets, a piece of metal laying next to the sink. Personnel is not rude but doesn't speak good English, overcharge for taxi, ask personal questions, send a clerk to clean in front of me instead of changing me to a cleaner room right away. The hotel seems relatively new, but super poorly...
