But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. "We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition. I have to tell the office staff person to clean the room as it has not been cleaned prior to our use. Her respond was SORRY. I...

"Excellent value for the money. This place has a simple yet filling breakfast. Refillable coffee and juice/water. Nice beds. Netflix/Youtube, and good wifi. The staff is so helpful. I highly recommend this property, and will be bqck."
