"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. "The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"
