"The hotel is very affordable for Paris, but keep in mind if you are walking to transit the area is rough. This area is definitely outside any tourist zone. Use a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport. It was 10 pm and I didn't want to deal with transit in a foreign city at night. Transit worked well for us the next day.
