"The site is great, so central in Lower Hutt. The outside of the complex is very drab & needs a serious spruce up. The interior is extremely dated, very sad looking. Room we had needs a major upgrade - interior repaint, new curtains (nets were torn), inside window frames were water stained, furnishings old, carpet stained. Main hallway carpet was also badly stained, hall was dark & dingy. The complex must be just bordering on being fit for accommodation & owners need to invest in a major...
