"The address on google maps didn't take me to the hotel so I got a bit worried when I couldn't find it. Eventually I found it just as a hotel listed nearby. I arrived after the reception was closed so did self check-in from the machine at the front door. It was very easy and straighforward. "The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, in recent years ! First, the reception is open only for several hours a day, and i had to call the manager (or owner or whatever) to have the front doors open. When I finally got to go into my room, I found out that « The toilet is broken » !!!!! So I had to use the one outside of my room. Third, when I got back on my second day, I found out that my room had not been serviced; no clean towels either !!!!! When I called the manager for new towels, he just...

"Once you're in the room, its very clean and has everything you need. But the exterior is off-putting with a fence around the facility and only one way in/out. We made the mistake of staying several nights thinking the location would be convenient, but working with the limitations of the autoroute was challenging... either using the help button and paying a high toll or taking a long path around and needing to walk through several gates and around the building to get to the room."
