"All in all, a pretty safe, quiet, and comfortable stay. The facility is rather old. It is set up 'lodge-style' with universal window air conditioners and doesn't have an elevator. I would recommend they work to install an elevator and transition to central air. The latter is especially important since the area has high heat and high humidity. The window AC worked, but seemed to fluctuate between too cold or too hot/muggy. The front desk staff was especially nice and considerate."

"If you are visiting Leavenworth or the surrounding area, this hotel is a great option. The staff was accommodating and very customer-focused. I will always book my stay here when I visit Leavenworth in the future. "

"Front desk staff were very nice. Room was clean and suited the purpose. Coffee pot had to be moved to use due to cord not being long enough to plug into outlet. Every noise in hallway and front desk echoed and magnified down the hall and into the room. Not the quietest or best place in Leavenworth but served its purpose and was clean."
