"I’m always cautious with 5 star reviews on cheaper motels because I assume they are from employees especially when they are mixed in with 1 star reviews. "This is our family go to when we go out of town to visit family and grandkids. We’ve always enjoyed this hotel. It’s clean and convenient. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see familiar faces when you stay somewhere often. However, this trip was a disappointing. We arrived late in the evening to a room that did not smell good at all. "The room wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom vent was covered with webbing and some kind of debris. The front desk staff was super kind and funny. Just wish the room had a bit more cleaning detail instead of the beautiful towel designs the cleaning staff put together. "
