"We were exploring the area for ten days. We made it to Merlwn,Yale and Swift reservoirs, Astoria, Seaside and Mt Hood, Bonneville dam and fish hatchery plus three trips to Columbia Outlet in Selwood and a bunch of other shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and the BBQ. The beef, sweet corn and fresh fish are far superior to what is available here in Costa Rica. My girls were impressed an didn't want to come home. We had one fire in the fire pit. My wife idoes not grasp the campfire...

"We stayed here as our “home base” for a whirlwind visit to friends and family in Portland and Washington. We weren’t there much, which we regret because there are so many things to do (bunnies! Games! Hot tubs!) on the property. Jimmy and Jimmiesue live on the property, which is nice if you have questions/needs. "We had a wonderful few days in Kelso at our VRBO. Lots of room. We had a couple of rainy days so it was nice to have a nice place to hang out. Lots of coffee and snacks were provided and the host was very attentive to any needs we might have. Would definitely come back here again. "
