"The staff, by far, is the jewel of this hotel!! We had an issue with our payment and the staff went above and beyond to help us work through the problem. They were always solicitous of our well being, ready to share their personal knowledge of the area, and just out right helpful in so many little ways. Our stay went over the top simply by their kindness. I left with the intention of seeking out a TownePlace Suites for every trip going forward. "

"My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family."
