"I enjoyed the customer service with check-in, but I went to 7bed, the bed was worn. There was springs sqeaking, the bed sank in the middle and had no support! I felt like I was being swallowed! Room 132 needs a new bed and mattress! "

"The staff were friendly and very professional. While the room we had was a little small for two adults, it had everything we needed. Breakfast included more variety than most reasonably priced hotel I have stayed at. Parking was a bit cumbersome but the parking deck right behind the hotel was well lit and not too expensive. This hotel is right in the middle of busy downtown Silver Springs MD. "

"The breakfast options could have been diversified. I loved that there was a waffle station, although it didn't seem to cook evenly on some days. The meat and egg options were the same each day, no potatoes at all. There were other items to choose from which was great. I loved that there was a microwave for reheating. The staff was nice, housekeeping honored the DND sign. It was a very nice experience."
