"I got such a good deal that I was worried it might not be very nice, but it was so nice! Very comfy and clean. Only problem I had was that the TV and the internet didn't work the first night and no one was able to fix the internet problem. the next morning, the gal at the front desk gave me the staff login which I think was the right thing to do so all was resolved."

"The rooms are newly renovated and mine was beautiful. New carpet, paint etc. The owners are genuinely nice people and they have a true attitude of service. I would definitely stay here again. "

"There were a couple things that could have been better. Our door did not seal to the hallway. You could see through to the hall. The shower needed to have Drano poured down. The breakfast was empty of things 30 minutes before it was supposed to be over. Never refilled. Pool was closed but nothing said on the website. "

"I love staying at this Springhill Suites because the beds are comfortable and I always sleep well. The times I have stayed, it has been quiet. I also like that I can stream from my Netflix account with the way the TV is set up. Right now, Springhill is my go to hotel in Ames for the price and the comfort. "

"Pretty nice hotel. Bed was actually decent. My only complaint was the door had a decent gap at the bottom which let quite of bit of light in maybe not bother most but i like it no light when im sleeping and the toilet is low to the ground. Which wasnt horrible just when your 6 foot tall its a trip. Check in was easy. Room was pretty decent. My room had a couch which was awesome and the walk in shower was nice. But i do wish the water pressure was a little more. But ill definitely be staying...

"Well done king suite. Had everything we needed. Only one little thing I would recommend is to do something with with heat system. It was a little uneven. Otherwise, a very good stay."

"Great choice for Cyclones games! Right off 35 - couple miles from campus. Clean, friendly staff, great free breakfast & quiet. Enjoy campus events & then less than 2 miles gets you a lil peace😉"
