"The hotel is in downtown so it is highly convenient. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was good, confortable bed but the shower was old. There is no hot water, although it is not cold, you just leave the water running until it warms a little bit."

"For starters, they falsely advertised in room restrooms- which there isn’t any, they’re in a common room that you have to share with anyone else who stays there strangers included- secondly they advertised parking. There was absolutely no parking nearby. It’s smalls streets and they tell you to pretty much figure it out. The worst part, we tried to get a refund and because of their “policy” they couldn’t give us our money back even tho we didn’t even stay. We booked it in the morning, got there...
