"Breathtaking location. Clean rooms. The prices at the hotel restaurant are a little confusing as their is a fixed-price menu and supplements for “à la carte” dishes which do not seem to correspond to the prices listed on the paper menu. The food was enjoyable."

"Unfortunately although we had planned to stay overnight in Turckheim, our usual hotel had to close for emergency work, so this booking was a last minute decision. Although the location was right, we felt that the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom was clean but rather threadbare, with no extractor fan although it was in the corner of the bedroom. Parking was extremely difficult, and we had some distance to access the hotel carrying our luggage. We could not leave anything in the car...

"Couldn't make the 1st night of my reservation but hotel staff was very understanding, very helpful. Limited French on my part, limited English skills (though better than my French) on their side but they did their best to communicate with me. I was in France for a wedding and they helped me find dry cleaner and manicure locations. Location was good, room was great, clean, comfortable. "It was a cheap place to sleep, and that’s about it. It is hard to describe just how tiny this room is. My college dorm was twice the size. The bathroom shower was difficult to close and let water go everywhere and we only had two towels for three people. The breakfast was ok, not great. Two of the three rooms we booked were clean but the third had been smoked in very recently and smelled bad. "

"Beautiful serene location. Very quiet room with garden outlook, non too spacious but OK. Bed firm . Bath only in room with hand held shower & no shower screen. Welcome far from welcoming, so quick & abrupt. No elevator. Wifi good. Large car park. Dinner in restaurant was a good meal. Please ask cleaning staff to do something about their body odour, most unpleasant!"
