"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. "This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach! "The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff were very efficient, polite and friendly. Location was perfect for us, as it was near the main bus station and our bus to/from the airport. Hence, it was a busy and bustling location but none of the noise could be heard from within the hotel room. Our hotel room had a balcony with distant views of the mountains and sea. Easy walking access to the harbour and city areas. A small buffet breakfast was available which included fruit, cereals, breads,...

"This is a basic hotel, but clean and comfy. Amazing to get a place right on the most beautiful beach! You also save €5 on beach umbrella & chairs because you stay here. Tons of restaurants here and a 10-15min walk along the water to get to old toqn. We didnt have any problems. WIFI is slow in rooms but works amazing on the beach. Amazing place to stay for the money!"

"Great location in Omalos. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed two days and they brought us to the Samaria Gorge and the Mount Gingilos. They even organized to send our luggage to our next destination, so we wouldn't have to carry them in the Samaria Gorge. e had breakfast and dinner there, very good. They even prepared lunch for us."

"Gorgeous hotel and pool area, rooms were spotless and modern, location was good for being close to the beach but there wasn’t a great deal going on around the hotel (I.e. restaurant or bars nearby) and the pool bar closed at 6pm, stopping serving food at 5.15. "

"We had an awesome time at Artemis apartments. The apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is a good size, clean and the bar offers lots of drinks option. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of hot and cold options. "

It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising....

"Helt igennem perfekt ophold. Vi havde 2 vær. lejlighed i 2 etager - med fuld panorama udsigt. Adgang til solsenge på egen strand (som man dog skal betale for at benytte). Lille restaurant der serverer mad og drikkevarer. Virkelig god service. Eneste ting man skal være opmærksom på er at det kan være en udfordring for gangbesværede. Der er rigtig mange trapper. "

"Good location outside of town. Parking in gravel lot down the street not bad. Short walk and a bit dangerous for unloading luggage in front of hotel in traffic. Owner very nice and very helpful with suggestions of what to do. Other staff helpful in suggesting restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Beach is rocky, but water refreshing. Bed linens could use updating and futon in our room needed to be replaced, but overall a descent place to stay for the price."

"I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."

"We found the staff very friendly and the apartments very comfortable and excellent value. The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool which was very attractive indeed and easy to access from the apartments. There were shady and sunny areas by the pool. "
