We had several guest come in drunk at 4 am and we couldn’t get them to be quiet for a hour and one guest wouldn’t leave our room. I contacted the after hour/emergency number but no one answered. It was unbearable trying to get these 3 people to stop talking, walking in/out of the room many times and for the woman to leave our room. The staff addressed it when they came in around 9 am. I...

The downside is that you can easily hear everything in the surrounding rooms, including when people use the toilet, so if you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. "
