"Smiles at the front desk counter. Easy & polite check in & out. Room was clean, but showing its age. Excellent price. Only 1 fault.. people in the room next door woke me up at 6AM, screaming and fighting for about an hour."

"Our king studio was handicap accessible (not sure if we booked it by mistake because we didn’t need the accessible room) and the roll-in shower leaked over the entire bathroom floor even though we could see two floor drains. Large desk was chipped up and worn. Other than that the room/hotel was pretty much what we have come to like about the extra large king studio suite at Hampton. "

"It was like a typical Holiday Inn—rooms were comfy, breakfast was good. If you looked closely, there were little things that prevented a 5 star rating: the room could’ve been cleaner, we didn’t ever have Kleenex, there was hair on the floor from previous guests. "
