"Stayed here on our way from Melbourne to Sydney. When I arrived the room I was given had a bed that was not made up. The managers apologised and I was changed to a different room. Perhaps in future they could check the rooms AFTER the maid has said they had been done. Then in the new room the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, for no reason. I suggested that they check the battery which can cause this problem, so hopefully no-one else gets an unwelcome wakeup call in the middle of...

The AC and refrigerator are well-known brands, impressed by the quality of the appliances given most of the time these are outfitted by what the operators can buy cheapest. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. Shower and bathroom are new and clean. Staff accomodating. So impressed by this place. Best overnight inn I’ve stayed in within Australia. "
