"House was nice & clean, outdoor furniture was old & warped in some areas. The listing agent forgot to leave the renters packet with the required bracelets to use the community pool lake & activity center. I contacted the main number right away I spoke to someone, who said they were working with the local home office. I was assured I would have had the package that day. Hours go by without any communication so I followed up with another text back to them. At midnight I received a message...

"We REALLY enjoyed our stay! The area was every nice and includes everything we needed from relaxation (hot tub, face masks, comfortable beds) to beautiful beach and other amenities. We hope to stay there again in the near future!"

"The place is clean and organized. We spent christmas here and it even has a christmas tree in the living room. It has all the things you need. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, kitchenware you'll need. The bathroom has bodywash, shampoo and toilet paper provided. It has alot of various board games and entertainment to choose from. The bedrooms are nice and if you're bringing alot of people, it has sofa beds too . And we planning to go back again this house welcome us with a good memories...

"The rental was great and had all the amenities you can think of- and we used all of it! Pool table, fire place, hot tub, washer/dryer, and even playground. While the lake, basketball, tennis, boats were a 9 min ride, it was ok because there was so much beautiful dear on the way. The bedroom were furnished well and the kitchen had all the major equipment. Very clean house! "

"What a great house. It was obvious that no expense was spared building this new home. Comfy beds, professionally decorated, big table to sit around,quiet deck to sip coffee and watch the deer walk around (and there was alot of deer), and more than enough room for my family of 6 to spread out. We plan to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the private beach -which is a 2 minute drive down the road. This house can easily fit more, so the kids will get to bring their friends next time. Overall...
