This was my fourth property, purchased almost 10 years ago. The home is decorated with a minimalist feel with black and white prints used in conjunction with natural woods and the spiral staircase, give it a bit of a loft feel or urban cabin vibe. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, plates, wine glasses, both keurig, and auto drip coffee maker.

The home has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, high speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor seating area with grill. All homes are smoke-free, and pet friendly provided appropriate pet fee has been paid.

There is a large area of undeveloped space to the side of the home where deer can usually be seen most days. Turkey, fox, and the occasional bear are also known visitors, in addition to the bald eagle and osprey which are often spotted overhead while fishing the lake.

*The lake may be closed without prior notice if it fails the periodic water testing/reading. (only one time in 2024)

AMENITIES SCHEDULE: (2025)
--Starting May 23, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 13, 2025, to September 2, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 1, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The lake can still be accessed for boating and kayaking. Beach is swim at own risk.
