"honestly this place did not look like a hostel. More like a holding cell for immigrants , in fact I was asked if I was part of a Colombian group that is staying awaiting deportation. The room smelled really bad.,people were inside their beds and they seemed very dirty people . Some of them lived there. There was only one bathroom for women and I was told that I need to use that lbathroom and to be fully clothed because yeh girls were there . I did not stay . I checked in , stayed an hour and...

"Very clean and modern rooms. Nice open plan reception area with plenty of seating and even a pool table. Only reason my review is 4/5 and not 5 stars is a cleaner woke me up, knocking on the door, 1 day too early, thinking I was checking out that day. I actually was checking out the day after. This was a genuine mistake and after a bit of back and forth (language barrier) she eventually understand. "

"Every single person that worked at the hotel that we spoke with was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The bartender went above and beyond to provide me a little carafe of milk for my daily tea. The check in desk was very helpful on transportation options. The housekeeping staff was top notch on keeping it clean and if they saw us, checking to make sure we'd be out when they got there.
