"honestly this place did not look like a hostel. More like a holding cell for immigrants , in fact I was asked if I was part of a Colombian group that is staying awaiting deportation. The room smelled really bad.,people were inside their beds and they seemed very dirty people . Some of them lived there. There was only one bathroom for women and I was told that I need to use that lbathroom and to be fully clothed because yeh girls were there . I did not stay . I checked in , stayed an hour and...

"Every single person that worked at the hotel that we spoke with was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The bartender went above and beyond to provide me a little carafe of milk for my daily tea. We had to wait a while for the minibus transfer to the hotel from the airport but it was worthwhile as it would have been a long walk in the rain. When we booked, the information we were given stated that transfer back to the airport was free and the hotel honoured this but apparently there is now a charge for this. "
