"The owner, Kaori-san, and her sister, who works with her, are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our conversations with them. The inn is clean and comfortable. We went to Yatsugatake by train, and the station is an uphill walk of 30-40 minutes from the inn. Kaori's sister generously gave us a lift in her own car. We hope to return to this delightful little inn one day."

"受付カウンターの裏に書類や物が山積みで汚い。部屋のエアコンはすごい動作音、外もうるさく、部屋に耳栓が　置いてある。ベッドは硬く畳の様。風呂の湯だけはラドンと天然温泉で素晴らしいが、風呂の掃除もされておらず、石鹸シャンプーは４席に一つ、とにかく人がちゃんとやればできるところが全くされておらず、これで素泊まり二人で１９０００はボリすぎ"

"凄く丁寧で優しい。朝チェックアウトのあと駐車場へ向かったら霜が降りてて車の窓ガラスが真っ白になってました。そのあとすぐ旅館の方が霜を取るヘラを持ってきてくれました。 普通であれば霜を溶かす為に数分エンジンかけ、暖房で温めたり時間がかかった出発がかなり時短になりました。 ３歳の息子が居ましたが、館内用の浴衣もお布団も小さいサイズを用意してくれ嬉しかったです。 館内の歯磨き粉は少し固かったですが、改善してくれる事を祈ります。 あと館内に電子レンジがないのですが、旅館の方が、「厨房で温めますか？」と聞いてくれ、優しかったです。 わからないことや困ったことは旅館の方が親身に聞いて対応が早かったです。 部屋は凄く広く、古い作りでしたが、素泊まりにはかなり満足でした。 また家族や友達とまた泊まりたいと思った旅館です。 旅館の周りは徒歩300m圏内にコインランドリーや食べ物屋さん(ほうとう屋さんやお寿司屋さんなど)色々ありました。 20時閉店が多い為早めに来店が必要かもしれません。 薬局やコンビニもあります。 "

"フロントの女性が日本人ではなかったので、「もしや買い取られたのでは？」と思いましたが、経営者は日本人でした。一人で泊まりましたが、良い旅館でした。朝食の味付けは濃いです。"

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "少し寒目の季節にお世話になりました。お庭の白樺の紅葉がとても美しく、生涯の中で伺えて良かった宿です。お料理も素晴らしく、手厚くおもてなしいただきました。露天風呂まであり、最高です。長く続いている宿だそうで、改装してあるところないところの差はあれど、総じて清潔感もあり、過ごしやすかったです"
