"It was a very clean room but needed to be freshened up as it was dated. We slept well. Plenty of hot water. Disappointed there was no dining room to eat your breakfast. Tge option was to take it to your room, ours was upstairs so not practical, or eat it in the reception area, only 3 tables! If a lot of people came for breakfast all at once, there was very limited space to serve yourself and little room to eat it! Staff were helpful and friendly."

Customers were serving themselves drinks while he was trying to sort out the mechanism on our room door. They had dining guests waiting for tables although restaurant was virtually empty. "The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...
