"The hotel room was lovely- clean and spacious. But the hotel really is in the middle of nowhere! It’s great they have an airport shuttle ( which is why I picked this hotel) but the lack of restaurants and bars on site is a real pain. There is really only a few chain restaurants across the street. Your best bet is to go the the Market to shop across the way."

"Very close to downtown boston and Logan airport, lobby and restaurant are well kept and clean, staff was friendly and helpful BUT the bathroom was in need of a lot of work. There was peeling paint where it looked like water had damaged the wall and hair and dirt on the counters and shower wall. Also you have to pay for parking even though the parking lot is connected to the hotel. "

"The room was nice and so quiet! Some employees were friendly, others didn't seem interested in their job or even smiling at all! I had an issue at check out & the young woman helping me didn't even look at me the entire conversation. She could care less about customer service. The Housekeeping staff was great."
