"When checking in, nobody was at the front desk. Waited a while for staff. The young girl working was incredibly friendly and efficient. On arrival to our room, there were not enough towels for our family. The jets in the jetted tub had visible mildew/mold. The bottom of one of the toilets had pee on it. The garbage cans still had garbage in them. The ladies bathroom at the pool was dirty, had no toilet paper or paper towel. The men’s bathroom was quite dirty with an overflowing broken toilet....

"We’ve stayed at this property many times, it’s had various names and at times it’s been run down a bit. It’s a great location and we were very pleased with the upgraded facilities. Staff was excellent, Brett greeted us warmly, we felt appreciated. My only negative comment would be more variety’s of teas at the breakfast 😊. We look forward to our next visit to the area."
