"A good accommodation for a 2 stars hotel. The bed has been horrible, the heating system switched off in the middle of our last night there. Staff fine, not very friendly but helpful when we requested something. For the money what we paid has been overall a good accommodation. "

"The staff in the hotel are all very nice and willing to help you. You can borrow a hair dryer from them easily. You can store a luggage there for the day you check out. The location is very convenient to everything, such as a subway entrance, restaurants and stores."

"I would recommend. Nice clean little hotel. Room was fine.. Everything i would expect from a 2 star. The location is good... Place de Italy is a good area with some nice restaurants.. You are very close to the metro and velib. There are supermarkets and bakeries very close by. The rooms ARE very protected from traffic noise but if you are late Sleeper take ear plugs because the lift goes up and down as other guests come and go"

First I was given a key & told that I need to leave this key at reception every time I leave the building, I repeated what I was just told for clarity and was told YES you must leave your key here. Then I went to my room & found out I was given the wrong room. Two guests & we are not a couple, we were given a room with one bed - our reservation was specifically for two beds. On my way down to reception to fix this I was screamed at by...
