"Absolute worst hotel experience, only stayed for one night. First I was given a key & told that I need to leave this key at reception every time I leave the building, I repeated what I was just told for clarity and was told YES you must leave your key here. Then I went to my room & found out I was given the wrong room. Two guests & we are not a couple, we were given a room with one bed - our reservation was specifically for two beds.
