"We arrived early, they offered to hold our luggage since the room wasn’t ready. We were upgraded, which was appreciated. The bedding was good. Shower has great water pressure. The room was comfortable and clean. A mini fridge would be perfect. The best part was the staff, everyone was nice and happy to help when needed, especially Thibault and Majda. We would love to come back next time we’re in Paris."

First I was given a key & told that I need to leave this key at reception every time I leave the building, I repeated what I was just told for clarity and was told YES you must leave your key here. Then I went to my room & found out I was given the wrong room. Two guests & we are not a couple, we were given a room with one bed - our reservation was specifically for two beds.
