"Autumn a front desk lady was awesome !!! The kindest full of wanting to help us as guest there should be more people in this business like her . I didn’t get to stay in the hotel much as I had a sister in the hospital there but the first floor area was very nice & breakfast a big plus ❤️ I will stay there again if I come back!"

"Most importantly, Bob is a kind and welcoming host and his property is in a great location Charlottesville. The price is also unmatched, though there could be a few improvements to the guest space. The fridge contained old food, there was no hand soap in one bathroom, and there were no trash bags. Also, there are only two beds, not three (best of my knowledge). If the place becomes more suited to VRBO guest needs, it will become a top spot to stay. Very thankful for Bob's flexibility with coming...

"This community of cabins is located off the beaten path, with little to no call phone coverrage. We booked this a few hours before arriving, while on the Skyline Drive. When we arrived the check in staff had left at 5:00. There was information posted outside, with wifi access (which helped me access my Expedia reservation information) and phone numbers to call (but no cell service). "I stayed at this property once before when it was owned privately. I’m glad to see the charm of the house has not been lost. The house has been updated and more modernized, but it’s still has the cute and cozy feel with the indoor fire place and outdoor space. My only request would be to add a fire place outdoors. Otherwise I would stay here again and again. Also, the location is great if you’re trying to explore the downtown mall or if you enjoy going to the wineries and breweries like I using...
