"I got a message saying if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable to let them know. I asked for an extra blanket but never heard back. The bathroom felt like it was made for very short people especially the toilet! Otherwise the stay was good. "

"It took some time for the staff to receive two of us because the buzzer or bell service wasn’t working. It took longer to check in. I called the hotel line and got quite the run around. Even when the staff showed up the operator wasn’t listening and would not let me off the line for some time. Once the staff arrived, everything was great. Very accommodating and getting me a room on the bottom floor. Treated with a bottle of water. Great coffee service in the lobby in the morning for check...
