Best to get the phone number, go to a nice shop near concert hall and call. The lovely staff will come to retrieve you! Though staff was great, room had heavy mildew smell with obvious simple cover-up done over major mold issue. Room was cool though in the bunk bed set-up. Our kids loved that."
