"The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. We received text messages ahead of our arrival with an address to pick up the keys,...

"Great location, about 50m back from the beach at Portbou. Friendly welcome at reception. Single room was quite comfortable, although basic. Fan in room inadequate versus the heat! Shared bathroom with two other rooms - ok"
