"Hi the hotel was clean . Room was nice beds were comfy . The only thing is it was far from venice about a hour bus and train ride. And the buses and trains are far apart so if you miss one your waiting for a hour to get another"

"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"Really lovely place 30mins from Venice. We stopped for one night as we were flying home the next day, perfect for our needs. We ate in the restaurant and that was lovely too. Recommended "

"Excellent location near Mestre station (just one stop by train to Santa Lucia), clean and comfortable room, and good value for money. The sink, the TV, and the AC in the single room come in very handy. The owner, however, is a grumpy guy who won't hesitate to swear and yell at you at the flimsiest excuse (yes, really!). "
