"Most hotels provide guests with two soaps for a week long stays, one hand soap and one bath soap. I got one hand soap and one shampoo upon arrival. Later in the week, soap was entirely used up, but no replacement soap left by the maid. I was gone every morning, returning late at night. When I asked for more soap, I was basically told one was enough. I was shocked, and repeated specifically "one little soap for a week", answer was yes. Late at night all stores are closed, I couldn't buy it until...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albertgo Natucci. The husband and wife team are longtime hotel people. They treat their guests like family. if asked for help, they were more than helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful... always fresh baked items. The hotel’s location was very convenient for our daily excursions. All in all, we loved our stay here and look forward to returning. would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone traveling through Italy "

"Purtroppo quando ho telefonato alla struttura la signora che ha risposto mi ha negato la prenotazione e ho dovuto cercare un altro albergo e ho dovuto pagare molti più soldi per non parlare del gasolio buttato e del litigio col mio compagno. Non si fa così. "
