"The hotel was beautiful and right beside the leaning tower of Pisa. I had an awesome view. I arrived early and the held my luggage so i could go explore the area. Staff was wonderful and attentive to all my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Pisa."

"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

"Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful-comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant is great! white tablecloths and impeccable setting in the dining room. Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. All in addition to the traditional cereal, yogurt etc. You order the type of coffee you want, and they bring it to your table. Not self-service-machines. If felt pretty good. One night we ordered an Aperol-Spritz drink. It was good, but it cost 10 euro. In good restaurants they cost an average of 6 euros. I didn't like that The hotel staff was very friendly. Fabio was helpful with directions and suggestions about the city. Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood near the wall. Access to the "old city" was convenient. "

"The area is walkable to everywhere. So many restaurants nearby. Very friendly owner who looked after our belongings before our flight. They offer free drinks too. Very easy to access. No issues. Will stay here again."
