"We chose this hotel as it was the cheapest in the city centre but were pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and two double beds for myself and two teenage girls was perfect. The hotel was quiet and there wasn’t much outside noise either. Breakfast was as good as you would get anywhere else with plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was ideal for two days shopping and we parked in a small 24 hour car park opposite the hotel which was very reasonable. Would definitely...

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, on a busy road bustling with people yet when in the hotel you could not hear any noise outside. Perfect for me as a light sleeper. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We came back from dinner to find out door ajar and to our surprise it was a turn down service, dressing gowns set out, chocolates on the pillow, water set out etc. We've just had the loveliest experience. This is how hotels should be run and how customers should be treated!...

"It was all going so well until breakfast. I had though i booked room and breakfast pnly to be told at Breakfast buffet that i wasn't . I paid for it then, only to find later on my booking that it included breakfast. So ive paid double for 2 breakfasts. Not pleased. A mistake for sure, i dont think it was intentional"
