"The Ardo is in a great location. It has a beautiful Rooftop bar and guests are able to use the next door sister hotel Le Ville. The rooms are modern and well equipped. We felt customer service let the hotel down. We discovered that we had been charged twice for our stay having pre-paid through Expedia in October. The hotel then took payment again.
