"The hotel is new and is strategically located where you can easily walk out for meals or getting some basic items from the convenience stores. I think the staff needs more training to build a more hospitality working culture but I do appreciate that the hotel is located in a place where staffing may be hard to come by. "

"Even thought they let Orbitz/Expedia list as air conditioned it is definately not air conditioned. No units in rooms or central. Yes, it cools down at night but my room was almost 30 degrees. No fans. Also charged me 3 ringgit tourist tax despite having already paid it online. They did not understand the currency conversion. For budget tourists it would be ok but not worth the 130 ringgit off weekend price. Parking is on street and have to buy coupon book for parking"

The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "

"Room was clean and tidy however the bathroom was the tiniest I've ever come across, you had to sit on the toilet seat to take a shower. No hot water in the sink, shower head was blocked... It was awful for the price. Avoid it."
