"Al mio arrivo l’hotel era chiuso. Quando ho chiamato al numero di telefono scritto sull’insegna, mi è stato risposto che la prenotazione era stata annullata. Mi è stato detto dalla proprietaria che non collaborava più con Expedia, che non aveva più stanze e che in ogni caso non avrebbe potuto applicarmi la cifra a cui io avevo prenotato.
