"Die alte Mühle ist ein großartiges und geräumiges Anwesen in sehr gutem Zustand. Man ist persönlich zu Gast bei der Eigentümerin. Vor Ort hilft eine Bekannt der Eigentümerin beim CheckIn aber auch bei Fragen. Wir waren 6 Gäste und haben alle 4 Schlafzimmer belegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin im Vorfeld der Reise war sehr nett, hilfreich und persönlich. CheckIn bei Anreise lief perfekt. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr geräumig und top eingerichtet. "Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Nähe von Testico in einer kleinen Siedlung. Durch die großen Fenster die im Esszimmer verbaut sind hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Menschen die gerne Wandern oder Biken ist das umliegende Bergland mit fast unerschöpflich vielen Möglichkeiten einfach grandios. Danke für die schöne Zeit Familie Fetzer"

"Geputzt hat das Haus vor unserer Ankunft keiner. Glasscherben und Kippen auf der Terasse. Hundeexkremente auf der Anlage werden nicht entfernt. Ausstattung des Hauses schlecht. Dusche rostet, Bad schimmelt, Boiler liefert nach 5 Minuten heißes Wasser für ca. 20 sekunden. Als erstes mussten wir einkaufen gehen und Küchenequipmemt kaufen, damit überhaupt gekocht werden kann. "We had a great week at the Stone House 'La Casetta'. Marco met us on arrival and showed us around. He was in touch in the week in case of any problems, but we didn't have any. "We had a very warm welcome from Massimo and his wife. The pool and patio areas to relax are wonderful. The accommodation was lovely and clean. The location is out of busy areas so you do need to drive. There is a lovely bread shop a 10 min walk from the villa. We were not aware at the time of booking that the pool is only available to use from 9am to 6pm and the owners live on the top floor of the villa. This was not an issue at all as we had full access to the pool which made our stay....
