The tables were unclean and the couches and chairs were stained and dirty, so much so we didn't want to sit on them. I would give them a pass this time as they are going through a major renovation. I would stay here again in the warmer months and see what changes. "

We took the last available spot and I really wanted to drive around the area at night to see the Christmas lights but we were almost sure to lose our parking spot so we had to give up our plans.
