"This hotel is just a waste of time and money. Check in took 40 minutes (I arrived at 10pm) and they insisted that I pay for the room when I had already paid it when I made the online booking. The reception staff member said what I paid online was only the deposit (yet it was the same amount as the room fee??). Shower was all mouldy and instead of actually cleaning it, it looks like they just tried to paint over it (and not very well!). Definitely not worth the amount paid. Would not recommend."

"Staff are very friendly and although do not speak much English they try their best with translator apps. I didn't have any problems with my stay and the hotel is within walking distance of nice restaurants. For the price this is a great choice and I will stay here again!"

"They don't accept foreigners as guests, only Chinese citizens. Expedia has been told this by the hotel. More than once (according to the hotel), but they don't care enough to do anything. Unless you have a Chinese citizenship, do not book! The front desk clerk was very helpful, after an hour and a half on the phone with Expedia (and them doing absolutely nothing to book another hotel for me), the front desk clerk helped me find a place to stay for the night in 5 minutes."
