High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill...

And there was no parking or stopping point allowed for convenient access to check in. The room was very nice, but guests need to be aware of the limitations for parking and the fact that there are no elevators leading to the rooms. No assistance was offered to help carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast that was included...
